The role of a Casual Support Worker

We are always happy to hear from suitably experienced people who could undertake direct work and support work with children and young people. The work is varied and includes planning and/or supporting activities and individual or group work.

When Casual Support Worker jobs arise, we look for enthusiastic people who have some experience of working with children with challenging behaviour and who are prepared to work unsociable hours, including weekends.

We also tend to look for people with experience of working with children and families with disability and people who have provided supervised contact for children and families.

Induction, training and support are provided to anyone recruited for available roles.

Please note: A full driving licence, good driving record and use of a comprehensively insured vehicle are essential.

Remuneration package

We offer a competitive hourly rate + mileage allowance (the role may involve some transport).
