Your role as a Casual Support Worker in Oxfordshire

When we come to recruit Casual Support Workers we look for suitably experienced people to undertake direct work and support work with children and young people. The work is varied and includes planning/supporting activities, individual or group work and may involve some transport.

We look for enthusiastic people who have some experience of working with children with challenging behaviour and who are prepared to work unsociable hours, including weekends.

We also look for people with experience of working with children and families with disability and also people who have provided supervised contact for children and families.

Induction, training and support will be provided.
