Your role as a Casual Support Worker in Somerset

When we come to hire Casual Support Workers, we look for experienced people to undertake direct work and support work with children and young people. The work is varied and includes planning and/or supporting activities and individual or group work.

We look for enthusiastic people who have some experience of working with children with challenging behaviour and who are prepared to work unsociable hours, including weekends.

We also look for people with experience of working with children and families with disability and people who have provided supervised contact for children and families.

Induction, training and support will be provided.

Remuneration package

We offer a competitive hourly rate + mileage allowance (the role may involve some transport).
